MIAMI
 
Eating lunch in Little Havana, Miami.
This is Exquisito on Calle Ocho (8th St. in Spanish).
 
Stuart eating his cubano sandwich. Also we tried fried, white sweet potatoes, fried plantains, yucca with garlic, rice & beans, and roasted pork. All excellent!

In Maltings Bar where we watched the Patriots win their last TWO games of the season making them 16-0!

We joined the spa again on this cruise.
SAMANA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Samana used to be an island, but now it is a peninsula.
We docked in the town of Samana on the southern side
of the peninsula and took a 50 minute cab ride north to the beach.
The arrow is pointing to the cove where we were on Playa (beach) Rincon.

The girls shared chicken. We all had rice & beans and home made fries. The girls didn't want to try the tostones (smashed, fried bananas), but they were very good.

TORTOLA

Tortola is right in the middle of the British Virgin Islands. We docked on the south side in Road Town.

We ate lunch at Scato's Chicken & Chips.
We ate right out on the patio that you can see in the picture.

ANTIGUA
Merry Christmas!

Antigua is actually pronounced without the "u" so it sounds like "Anteega".
